📋 Description

• Gather and analyze client requirements; translate into technical specs and tasks.
• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Lead technical workshops, demos, and client discussions for alignment.
• Develop scalable ServiceNow customizations: BR, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows.
• Design and implement integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Manage Discovery, CMDB maintenance, and platform optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM, CMDB, and platform customization.
• Experience integrating REST, SOAP, MID Server.
• Advanced JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, BR, UI Policies, Client Scripts.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions; communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile environments.
