ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - ITSM & CSM

📋 Description

• Translate client requirements into user stories for dev team.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and Integrations.
• Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
• Lead in crafting and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform integration work; build Service Portals and REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
• Develop and optimize scripts: BRs, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years with ServiceNow, hands-on development and implementation.
• Strong ITSM, CSM, and Integrations expertise.
• Excellent communication to explain tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customize ServiceNow apps with scripting, workflows, BRs, and UI policies.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications preferred.
• Experience with HRSD or GRC modules.
