📋 Description

• Define the overall ServiceNow application architecture and determine how solutions fit within
• Design scalable patterns for scoped applications, workspaces, user experiences, workflows
• Establish how AI agents, workflows, business rules, integrations, human approvals, and user
• Define technical standards for configuration, extensions, governance, security, and platform
• Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, acceptance criteria, testing, and operational
• Partner with customer technical teams to confirm environment readiness, connectivity, identity and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, including App Engine, scoped applications
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and implementing AI governance, guardrails
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST API architecture, integration patterns, security, access
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or
• Practical experience with insurance core-system integration concepts, including policy
