ServiceNow Support Consultant - Ostrava

📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for users reporting issues related to ServiceNow applications
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex ServiceNow incidents
• Process and fulfill service requests within the ServiceNow platform (user provisioning, access
• Ensure adherence to SLAs for all incidents and service requests
• Provide expert guidance and best practices to ServiceNow users
• Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, and maintenance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or Application Support
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• German language is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to user satisfaction
