📋 Description

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architectural guidance, and development direction to the
• Design, develop, and review scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including Scoped
• Build and guide team members in developing modern Lit Web Components for AI-powered user
• Lead code reviews and pull-request reviews while ensuring code quality, maintainability, security
• Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols into ServiceNow solutions.
• Apply AI-native UI patterns and modern frontend development practices to enhance and modernize user

🎯 Requirements

• 8–9 years of total IT experience, including 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical leadership and
• Strong hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, including Scoped Applications and
• Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Lit Web Components and modern web component development.
• Understanding of AI-native UI concepts, patterns, and best practices.
