📋 Description

• Analyze business needs and current architecture to design ServiceNow solutions.
• Create scalable technical blueprints aligned with business goals.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST and SOAP with enterprise systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and guide project delivery.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and ensure governance, security, and performance.
• Deliver demos, POCs, and knowledge transfers to clients and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and design experience.
• Technical Lead experience guiding teams and enforcing best practices.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, CSM, and integrations.
• Strong relational DB knowledge; SOAP/WSDL and REST familiarity.
• LDAP/AD/ADFS for authentication; JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills.
• ITIL v4; Agile/Scrum and DevOps; CTA or Implementation Specialist preferred.
