ServiceNow Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions according to business and functional
• Translate business needs into scalable technical configurations and detailed technical designs
• Customize the platform when required, following ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
• Develop integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, file-based transfers)
• Deliver well-documented, thoroughly tested customizations, including unit testing and structured
• Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional topics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, App Engine, and customization practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, script includes, and UI policies
• Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches
• Comfortable with both out-of-the-box implementations and tailored customizations
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication skills
