📋 Description

• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews
• Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items that provide actionable guidance
• Translate business needs into structured technical and testing requirements.
• Design, build, execute, and maintain test scripts for ServiceNow applications, workflows
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing within a SAFe Agile
• Validate ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, approvals, catalog items, role

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business
• At least 5 years of software testing experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience within large-scale enterprise
• Strong experience testing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, business rules, roles and
