Services Advisor

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify client-specific service opportunities
• Lead detailed discovery sessions with insurance agency stakeholders to understand business
• Design end-to-end professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work
• Assess project complexity and identify potential gaps during pre-sales to improve resource
• Present project methodologies, scope, phases, timelines, and costs clearly and confidently to
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services teams to ensure smooth project

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, particularly managing or
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of insurance
• Strong project scoping skills, including the ability to estimate effort accurately and develop
• Ability to break down complex projects into clear, actionable, phased implementation plans.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude in AI tools, with a proactive mindset toward improving workflows
• Understanding of APIs, database technologies, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategies.

🎁 Benefits
