📋 Description

  • Account-level service delivery and visibility during implementation lifecycle
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve service and delivery
  • Coordinate across customer orgs and Snowflake teams for scalable apps
  • Develop quality service strategy per customer and report key metrics
  • Identify upsell opportunities and become trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Services Delivery or similar
  • Direct experience in Data Warehousing, BI and/or Cloud
  • Strong communication across design, engineering, marketing, BD
  • Excellent organization; able to manage multiple projects
  • Bonus: client support/advisory tech role
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian/ Danish/ Swedish/ Finnish
