Services Engagement Manager - Development Cloud

📋 Description

• Educate customers on value of Veeva Services and set expectations
• Define and prescribe the best Services model via proposals, SOWs, RFx
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for optimal engagement
• Own a high-volume pipeline with data quality and clear communications
• Provide leadership through influence and drive results without direct reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering software implementation and enhancement projects (PM/Analyst roles)
• 1+ years scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and SOW negotiation
• Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Tech; experience with Clinical Ops or RIM a plus
• Problem-solving and customer-services mindset; Consulting, Tech Sales, and PM experience
• Remote role based in North America with travel ~10-15%
