Services Engagement Manager - Development Cloud

📋 Description

• Educate customers on the value of Veeva’s Professional Services and set expectations.
• Define engagement models for customers via Proposals, Statements of Work, and RFx responses.
• Collaborate across sales, strategy, services, business consulting, solutions consulting, and others for alignment.
• Own a high-volume pipeline with fast, flawless data management and stakeholder communication.
• Lead through influence with diplomacy and humility, without a direct reporting line.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering software implementation and enhancement projects (Program Manager, Project Manager, Functional/Business Analyst, Practice Manager, etc.).
• 1+ years scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects a plus.
• Background in Life Sciences, Health Care, or Tech preferred; experience with Clinical Ops, Pharmacovigilance, or Regulatory Information Management (RIM) software a plus.
• A problem-solving and customer-service oriented mentality to drive the positioning and sales of professional services; Consulting, Tech Sales, and Program/Project Management experience.
• Remote role based in North America, with ability to work across time zones and travel ~10-15%.
