Services Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the design of Building Services packages across the project, including Mechanical
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet specification, cost budgets and programme.
• Identify cost savings and assist with product selection for best value.
• Progress workshop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Monitor progress and quality of works, installation and commissioning.
• Participate in final handover including documentation, approvals, warranties and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications in a relevant Engineering or trade discipline.
• Experience on large-scale projects, managing complex building services packages.
• Understanding of statutory legislation and Australian Standards.
• Effective leadership with team members, consultants and subcontractors.
