📋 Description

• Working with cross-functional partners and internal tools, which include but are not limited to
• Applying knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify
• Compiling and/or running reports and distributing to required stakeholders throughout the
• Creation of new reports and/or dashboards within native Salesforce or Salesforce Analytics
• Continued focus on improving processes and system configurations to make operations as streamlined

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the Salesforce Platform Suite
• Previous experience working in a Services Organization
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology
• Ability to work independently and follow process documentation
• Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks
