Services Programs Commodity Manager (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Own vendor contract lifecycle for installation, maintenance, and technical services across field
• Build supplier relationships; primary contact for escalations and commercial discussions
• Establish vendor governance infrastructure with scorecards and quarterly reviews
• Lead sourcing for field technology services across camera deployment, interview room, and fleet
• Develop pricing and spend visibility tools with finance for transparency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate needs into sourcing strategy and manage risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related discipline
• 3+ years in procurement, commodity or category management
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous, low-direction environments
• Strong vendor relationship management; influence and negotiate with external partners
• Excellent cross-functional communication; influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with technical services programs (field tech, construction, installation)
