8-15 years of relevant experience
Proven success originating and selling complex services engagements
Strong knowledge of Financial Crime and Compliance (AML, fraud, sanctions, KYC)
Background in Financial Crime and Compliance consulting highly desirable
Ability to construct and close large, strategic deals
Familiarity with fixed-price, time-and-materials, managed services and outcome-based commercial
