Servicing Collections Associate

📋 Description

• Comply with SOPs for payment plans and guidelines, completed timely
• Collaborate with CX, UW, Sales, CSM, and Risk to maximize repayments in delinquency
• Identify and suggest improvements to payment plans/settlement options to optimize recoveries
• Provide visibility into ongoing negotiations and Servicing results for Underwriting, Accounting, and Finance
• Extract and present data using Hex and Google Sheets
• Work with partners to harmonize approaches toward common goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem solving and ability to resolve escalated issues
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Reporting, queue management, and Excel Functions
• Experience using Microsoft Office/Google Apps
• Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu)
