Servicing Collections Associate

📋 Description

• Collect on outstanding funds and manage risk in Servicing.
• Comply with Servicing SOPs and complete tasks on time.
• Negotiate with B2B stakeholders to maximize repayments.
• Collaborate with CX, UW, Sales, CSM, and Risk to optimize recoveries.
• Analyze escalated repayment scenarios using systems and trends.
• Extract and present data using Hex and Google Sheets.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Build rapport and maintain business relationships.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Reporting.
