📋 Description

• Manage high-profile and high-volume inbound and outbound mortgage servicing transfer projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, current and new servicers, and other third
• Develop and maintain project plans, action items, deliverables, milestones, and documentation for
• Facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of meeting minutes
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project issues and risks, escalating significant concerns to
• Provide consistent and accurate status updates for trial events, final transfer events, and other

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred, ideally involving complex, deadline-driven
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred, with exposure to servicing transfers or
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with
• Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
