📋 Description

• Lead Site Enablement Solutions delivery: Collaborate with pre- and post-award stakeholders to
• Develop delivery strategies: Create global delivery strategies that identify appropriate sites
• Plan resources and operations: Determine internal team resourcing requirements and develop
• Manage project risks: Develop and implement risk management plans designed to minimize the impact
• Engage sponsors and project teams: Communicate regularly with sponsors and internal project teams
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Work with internal and external teams to support site

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical trial experience, with a strong understanding of clinical
• At least 3 years of experience working within a CRO or clinical trial services provider environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with responsibility for complex
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, oversee
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
