Session Moderator, AI Data Studio (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Lead group and individual data collection sessions from start to finish
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot recording equipment (cameras, mics, sensors)
• Give clear instructions and keep sessions on schedule
• Monitor recordings in real time and catch quality issues
• Flag equipment or process problems to the shift Lead
• Reset the studio between sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with technical setup (audio, AV, IT, or robotics)
• Comfort speaking in front of a group and directing a room
• Patience explaining instructions to non-technical participants
• Attention to detail; small setup mistakes ruin sessions
• Availability for part-time shifts including evenings and weekends
