Session Moderator, AI Data Studio (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Lead group and individual data collection sessions from start to finish
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot recording equipment: cameras, mics, sensors, session software
• Give clear instructions, answer participant questions, and keep sessions moving on schedule
• Monitor recordings in real time and catch quality issues early
• Flag equipment or process problems to the shift Team Lead
• Reset the studio between sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with technical setup of some kind
• Comfort speaking in front of a group and directing a room
• Patience and clarity explaining instructions to non-technical participants
• Attention to detail. Small setup mistakes ruin whole sessions
• Availability for part-time shifts during active projects, including evenings/weekends
