📋 Description

• Review the facts of the case, including medical records and reports.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses to determine settlement strategy.
• Negotiate with insurers, opposing counsel, or parties to reach a fair settlement.
• Present evidence and arguments to justify client compensation.
• Resolve remaining issues related to the settlement agreement.
• Counter offers to secure the client's best interests.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of legal experience, specifically in Personal Injury
• 1+ years of Excel experience; manage complex spreadsheets.
• 1+ years of office experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Case Management Software.
