SF QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze business, functional, and technical specifications for Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud)
• Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios in JIRA/Zephyr to ensure full requirements coverage.
• Execute planned test cases across desktop, mobile, and tablet environments, ensuring rigorous
• Conduct rigorous testing for third-party services and external components within the Salesforce
• Log detailed bug reports in tracking systems, manage the defect lifecycle, and perform thorough
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions to address

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software testing experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused
• Hands-on experience in both Agile and Scrum environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr or similar test management tools.
• Strong background in requirements analysis, test execution, bug lifecycle management, and testing
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred).
• Strong team player with high adaptability to dynamic environments, and intermediate-to-advanced
