SFCC - Salesforce Commerce Cloud - QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze complex requirements to design and execute test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and E2E tests for SFCC Storefront and PWA Kit.
• Validate Business Manager configs for products, catalogs, promotions, pricing, and inventory.
• Test Storefront features: PLP, PDP, cart, checkout, and payments.
• Validate integrations with payment gateways, tax, shipping, OMS, and third-party services.
• Identify, report, and track defects and verify fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software testing experience, including at least 2 years in the SFCC domain.
• Hands-on with SFCC Business Manager, Storefront, and PWA Kit/Headless Commerce.
• Knowledge of eCommerce workflows: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout and payment gateway integration, order lifecycle.
• Experience in requirement analysis, test case creation, and comprehensive test reporting.
• Proficiency with bug-tracking systems and defect lifecycle; familiarity with testing tools.
• Intermediate English communication; familiarity with Postman, JIRA, Confluence, or JMeter is desirable.
