📋 Description

• SFMC Core-L3 Analyst based in Bengaluru. Full-time role within Valtech's Salesforce-focused
• Own complex Salesforce incidents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; perform
• Collaborate with distributed teams to diagnose, document, and resolve issues; translate findings
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and problem management reviews; contribute to change requests and
• Maintain platform configurations: user/profile/permission models, automation (Flow), page layouts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and
• Proficiency with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow; experience with integration
• Experience with multi-system integrations, data flows, and ERP/CRM ecosystem interactions; ability
• Familiarity with incident/problem management in an ITSM context; ability to perform root cause
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills; comfortable coordinating with
• Agile delivery experience; certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App
