Share Plans Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop the Share Plans team, creating a high-performing, collaborative and
• Set team priorities, allocate workloads and ensure delivery against key operational deadlines
• Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Establish clear performance expectations and drive continuous improvement across the function
• Act as the escalation point for complex operational and technical share plan matters
• Own the end-to-end administration of Endava's global employee and executive share plans

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing employee share plans within a listed company
• Experience leading or managing a specialist administration team
• Strong understanding of equity compensation, share plan administration and corporate governance
• Experience preparing papers and presenting to Executive leadership, Boards or Committees
• Experience managing external share plan providers and advisers
• Experience operating within a controlled and regulated environment
