SHE Officer

📋 Description

• Create a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace; drive incident prevention.
• Lead and maintain HIRARC, JSA, CRA and hazard identification for all areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs including DOSH, BOMBA, and related acts.
• Conduct inspections, PPE audits, risk assessments, and safety walkdowns.
• Lead investigations using RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone; ensure CAPA closure.
• Manage PTW for Hot Work, Confined Space, Electrical, Work at Height, and LOTO.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Science, or related.
• 3–5 years in SHE roles in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia HSE legislation and regulators.
• Experience in safety inspections, audits, risk assessment, and investigations.
• Experience liaising with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local authorities.
• Competent in PTW, LOTO, Confined Space, Emergency Response, and contractor management.
