📋 Description

• Assist journeymen with layout, fabrication, and installation of ductwork.
• Operate shop equipment: shears, benders, rollers, and lock machines.
• Stage and load fabricated materials for transport to job sites.
• Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and shop tickets.
• Keep work areas clean; enforce PPE and safety protocols.
• Support field crews with material handling and general labor.

• Willingness to learn the sheet metal trade and commit long-term
• Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable with tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in heat, heights
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
