📋 Description

• Assist journeymen with layout, fabrication, and ductwork installation.
• Stage and load fabricated materials for transport to job sites.
• Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and shop tickets.
• Keep work areas clean and enforce PPE and safety protocols.
• Support field crews with material handling and tool management.
• Participate in on-the-job training and apprenticeship coursework.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to learn sheet metal trade and commit long-term.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools and hands-on tasks.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• OSHA 10 certification (construction) or ability to obtain.
