🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience
• Complete Blue Bottle Barista training or within 90 days
• Food Safety Certification for your state/role, or within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
