• Own the night by predicting the flow of the shift.
• Lead with hands-on style: baking, orders, and customer service.
• Build orders, suggestive selling, and interact with guests.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and mentor the team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• POS systems experience
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
• Detail oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
