• Provide excellent customer service and quality products in our bakeries
• Maintain operations during your shift and communicate with the team
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Lead the Cookie Crew and support store leadership
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and safe food handling
• Manage cash handling and deposits

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year customer service experience
• POS systems experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor
• Lead by example and motivate others
• Lift up to 40 lbs; 18+ required
