📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during shift, ensure exceptional guest experience
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing guest service
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew, provide direction and feedback
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations efficient
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits
• Communicate updates and partner with store leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills
• Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude, passion for guest experiences
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications
