📋 Description

• Own the night as Shift Leader at our Fort Worth bakery.
• Lead day or night shift, ensure smooth operations and POS flow.
• Provide great customer service and quality products.
• Coordinate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks.
• Mentor and train team members; maintain safety standards.
• Lead by example and drive a fun, productive shift.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• POS (Point of Sale) systems experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with people skills.
• Detail focused and results-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and lead by example.
