Shift Leader

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests
• Support store leadership by maintaining shift operations and information flow
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Support and work with the Cookie Crew
• Provide a safe, clean environment and follow safe food handling
• Manage cash handling and deposits

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and lead-by-example
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; must be 18+
