📋 Description

• Provide great customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations; communicate information; monitor production.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, cleaning.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Provide a safe, clean environment and safe food handling
• Manage cash handling and deposits

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• POS systems experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor
• Detail-focused and results-oriented
• Lead-by-example and motivate others
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18+ to be employed
