📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining shift operations and communication.
• Prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks.
• Support and work with the Cookie Crew.
• Provide a safe, clean work environment and safe food handling.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor
• Lead-by-example and motivate others
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; able to lift 40 lbs
