📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during shift, ensuring guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders with great service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members, provide direction.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations efficient.
• Help maintain product quality, safety, cleanliness, speed.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
