📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership; maintain shift operations; monitor production; coach teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• POS systems experience.
• Excellent communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient.
• Detail oriented and results-driven.
• Legally eligible to work in the US; 18+; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
