📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during shift, ensuring excellent guest experience
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing great guest service
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction and feedback
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to run operations efficiently
• Maintain standards for product quality, food safety, and cleanliness
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and passion for guest experiences
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to obtain food safety certifications as needed
