Oversee shift operations: cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations
Lead staffing, scheduling, adherence to policies and procedures
Operate equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products
Receive/process telephone orders and manage queue
Maintain store cleanliness and assist with marketing and promotions
Path to advancement toward General Manager or franchise roles

🎯 Requirements

Management experience preferred
Available 2 out of 3 weeks (Fri/Sat/Sun); reliable vehicle
Strong math, cash handling, and basic computer skills
Good written/verbal communication and customer service
Ability to train and supervise team members
