Shift Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee in-shift fulfilment operations at the Leamington Spa site.
• Line manage Team Leads and ensure direct reports meet targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Pharmacy/Clinical, Customer Care and Manufacturing.
• Perform 1-1 and performance reviews with direct reports.
• On-site role; 4 days on, 4 days off; 10am-10pm.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Line/Shift Manager (5+ years) in a warehouse.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-moving D2C fulfilment environments.
• Strong leadership; able to hold teams accountable to targets.
• Data-driven; proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong stakeholder management across commercial, product, and supply chain.
• Safety management experience.
