• Manage cafe expenditures and contribute to sales growth.
• Oversee service flow for safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Handle ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Onboard and train new team members; follow Leader on Duty.
• Address guest concerns promptly and report incidents per protocol.
• Lead sustainability initiatives with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year supervisory or team leadership.
• Blue Bottle Barista training completed or within 90 days post-hire.
• Food Safety Certification for your state or within 30 days post-hire.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
