📋 Description

• Oversee cafe operations, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
• Handle cash, deposits, and guest concerns promptly.
• Ensure drinks/food meet Blue Bottle standards and hospitality.
• Promote sustainability and continuous improvement across cafe.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or will complete within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification for your state/role, or obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communicator; motivates and provides feedback.
