Shift Supervisor - Lead Barista

📋 Description

• Lead shift operations for Starbucks through scheduled shifts.
• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks to ensure fast, accurate service.
• Model Starbucks and Gopuff standards on shift.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods.
• Provide coaching and feedback to baristas on shift.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant.
• 1 year of cafe leadership preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
• Attention to detail and multi-step processes.
