📋 Description

• Manage store operations during scheduled shifts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks to maintain the Starbucks Experience
• Support site leader with training new team members and coaching
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, ensure health and safety standards
• Adapt to early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
• 1 year leadership in a cafe preferred
• ServeSafe certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred
• Ability to work with fluid schedules and team/independence
• Focus on quality, attention to detail, and following multi-step processes
