📋 Description

• Front line manager for AV operator team in In-Vehicle Operations
• Hire and onboard operators; collaborate with L&D on rubrics
• Lead ~20 operators; oversee training and competency
• Conduct performance reviews; adjust metrics with stakeholders
• Manage start/end shifts, attendance, data import, prep
• Coordinate with planning for training and feature rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ direct reports
• Strong leadership and ownership of team work
• Knowledge of US labor, employment, and driving laws
• Problem solver with data reviewing and solid communication
• Comfort in fast-paced environment; willingness to learn
• Flexible schedule: nights, evenings, weekends
