• Lead cafe operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling
• Guide onboarding, training, and hospitality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training completed or within 90 days
• Food Safety Certification for your state or obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18+
