Shipping Lead

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily shipping activities and promote safe, efficient operations
• Supervise, train, and coach Shipping Associates on shift
• Manage outbound shipping: pick, pack, stage, load on schedule
• Verify shipments against sales orders and packing lists
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and order exceptions
• Lead daily stand-up meetings to review safety and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, shipping, or lead experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with shipping ops, inventory control processes, and WMS
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and warehouse systems
• Lift up to 50 lbs; handle items up to 225 lbs with assistance; steel-toed boots required
